I have been a health and wellness practitioner for over 30 years, integrating powerful healing modalities in whatever ways best address your specific, uniquely individual needs − from migraine to arthritis, back and shoulder pain, chronic pain and fatigue, to general stress and mind/body tension.

I believe that mind and body are one and the same; that relieving physical pain releases physic and emotional tension; that mind-body awareness and well-being go hand in hand; that consciousness is the key to optimal health and wellness.

Most of all, I believe that everyone has the ability to cultivate practices and skills that allow them to move out of habitual pain and stress and live their best possible lives.
