Here’s how it works.
- Breathe – inhale energy, exhale tension. Get into the rhythm of breathing. Rest your mind on the flow.
- Visualize – see each breath as a current rolling through and around your spine, a river of energy always in motion, strong & soothing both.
- Join image and breath by drawing each inhale into your gravity center; and releasing each exhale from center back up the spine.
- Stay with the breath, stay with the image, directing the flow and releasing into it – at the same time. Experience how direction and flow become one and the same.
That’s the technique….
Now take it into your day. Breathe, see and direct your energy flow whenever you feel tense, whatever you’re doing, wherever you are.
Go with the flow as you direct, direct as you go.
