IMAGINE THE SKY AT MIDNIGHT – AND NOTHING ELSE.

NOW YOU ARE MEDITATING.

Yogis say meditation is the state of deep sleep, only we are awake. In this state of wakeful sleep we are absorbed the vastness of our minds.

Over time, with patience, we begin to perceive the light of consciousness in the dark.
